Pain demands to be Felt

A memorable quote that I have read from the book and I cannot get out of my head is when Augustus says on page 57 "Pain demands to be Felt". I really like this quote because pain does demand to be felt. You try to hide it but you just can't . I also really like that the author put that quote on the place that he did, because at that point Issac was feeling the pain of heartbreak. This ties in with real life because at some point in our lives we are all going to go through heartbreak and we are all going to feel pain whether we liken it or not.  The song Love The Way You Lie by Eminem and Rihanna is a good example of the quote. I think this because the song is talking about both of them going through a rough time and nobody does anything to help them but just stand there and watch them "die". And they are trying to say that if the pain is so strong that nobody can help them then they have to pull through and feel everything by themselves. And i think that's kind of what that quote is saying.
