A question some kids ask

In this part of the book, it made me think a little about what some people go through every day. “I was just about to the end when this little girl with barretted braids appeared in front of me and said ‘what's in our nose?’ And I said ‘Um, it’s called a cannula. These tubes give me oxygen and helps me breathe.’” Me personally, I might get a little sad or offended but then realize its not her fault and would explain it the same way as Hazel did. This passage is just like some of the real live things people have to deal with. I think that is hard, being criticized and asked questions all the time about your disabilities.
